It was a wonderful time of worship, and we are grateful to Blue Ball Church of the Brethren for inviting us and to God for giving us the opportunity to bless them.

On Wednesday, March 29, 2017, Team Alpha had their first outreach of the spring session. The outreach took place at Gehman Mennonite Church. Team Alpha presented six mimes for children participating in Release Time at Adamstown Elementary School.
During the presentation Alpha’s Director, Joseph Queen, spoke and explained how Jesus was the perfect sacrifice for sin and how Christ can change lives.
Overall, the first outreach went well, even though the mime paint didn’t cooperate!
On November 29, 2016, Team Alpha had an outreach at Hope Rescue Mission. They presented four mimes that focused on how great God is, Christ’s life on earth, and how that all applies to us. Alpha’s director, Alex, also spoke and explained how Christians are saved by Christ alone and not by what they do.
Overall, the outreach went well, especially since it was the first time that Team Alpha used mime paint this session.
On October 22, 2016, Team Alpha had the opportunity to bless others with a service project. The project took place at Jim Good’s campground from 8am-2pm. We were able to help Mr. Good by raking/blowing leaves and splitting wood.
Although we were there to bless others, we were greatly blessed by the delicious meal that Mrs. Good provided. We were very thankful for the dry weather and the opportunity to serve Mr. and Mrs. Good.
