Beta Announcements 12/4

-Our last outreach is this Thursday, December 6th at The Mill (813 Rothsville Rd, Lititz, PA 17543)! Please be there promptly at 6:50pm! We will be done by 8pm. Wear you black pants, socks, and shoes, and your black shirts. We will be presenting Everything to Me and Carol of the Bells.

-The End of Session party is on Tuesday, December 11th! We will meet here (at our practice church) at 6pm and will be done at 9pm. Please remember to bring the food item that you signed up for! J

-Response team outreach on Thursday, December 27th at Woodcrest! It will start sometime in the morning and run through the afternoon. Let Alisha know if you can help out (alisha.ma.austin@gmail.com or 717-824-1222)!

Beta Announcements 11/6

-Friends and Family presentation is this Thursday, November 8th at Blue Ball Church of the Brethren (1005 E Main St, Blue Ball, PA 17506). Team members need to arrive at 6:45pm. The event starts at 7pm. Bring a snack to share! Wear your gray shirts and black pants, socks, and shoes. Be inviting your friends and family to come out! We will be presenting Job and Good Company.

-DRAMA barn party Saturday evening, November 17th at the Smoker’s house (906 Hamilton Rd, Cochranville, PA 19330). Bring a snack to share! It will be from 6:30pm-9pm. Families are welcome!

-We are doing the Thursday evening, December 6th outreach, so please put that on your calendars!

Fall 2016 Session Letter

Hey Guys!

-Our next outreach is on Wednesday evening, October 31st at Mountville Mennonite Church (205 Froelich Ave, Mountville, PA 17554). We will be meeting there at 5:15pm and will be done by 8:30pm. We will be wearing paint, so girls, have your hair pulled back. Wear your red shirts and black pants, socks, and shoes. The song list is: Hallelujah, Freedom, Courtroom, Via, and Alive. Eat supper before you come.

-Family and Friends presentation is Thursday, November 7th at Blue Ball Church of the Brethren (1005 E Main St, Blue Ball, PA 17506). Team members need to arrive at 6:45pm. The events starts at 7pm. Here are our announcements for the week!

-Our next outreach is this Sunday, October 14th! It is an afternoon outreach at Conestoga View nursing home (900 E King St, Lancaster, PA 17602). We will meet there at 1pm and will be done by 3pm. You can wear jeans and your red shirts. Everyone is invited over to the Sensenig’s afterward to hang out (809 E. Orange St. Lancaster, PA 17602)! Song list: Job, Forgiven, Via, Alive, Good Company, and In the Light

-We will be doing the outreach on Wednesday evening, October 31st at Mountville Mennonite Church, so please add that to your calendars!

-Our next outreach is this Saturday, October 6th! It is an all-day outreach at Joshua’s Hands. We will meet at the Lancaster Shopping Center (1625 Lititz Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601) at 6:30am and we will be back around 7pm. We will be wearing paint, so girls have your hair pulled back. Wear your black pants, socks, and shoes. We will wear our black shirts. Meals will be provided. 1st song list: Hallelujah, Freedom, Alive, In the Light. 2nd song list: Job, Freedom, Courtroom, Via, Alive, Everything to Me.

Our outreach went well and so did the Bible study workshop from what I heard. So those announcements are no longer relevant. ;) So our only announcement is…

-Our next outreach is Saturday, October 6th! It is an all-day outreach at Joshua’s Hands, so plan on keeping the whole day open.

Beta Announcements 9/11

-Wednesday, September 19th is our first outreach! It is at Lititz Area Mennonite School (1050 E Newport Rd, Lititz, PA 17543). Meet at the school at 7:30am. We will be wearing paint, so girls, make sure your hair is pulled back securely. Wear your black pants, socks, and shoes. Wear your gray shirts. We will be finished at 9:30am. *If you are attending the Bible study workshop on the 19th, we will just go straight to the workshop from the outreach.* Songlist: Hallelujah, Freedom, Courtroom, Via Dolorosa, Alive, Be Kind to Yourself, and Everything to Me.

-Every member must attend one of the Bible study workshops! They will both be held at Ebenezer E.C. Church (23 S State St, Brownstown, PA 17508). The first one is this Saturday, September 15th from 9am – 1 pm. The second one is Wednesday, September 19th from 9:30am – 1:30pm. Bring a packed lunch.

Michael: Communication with Alisha about work and how to make it less stressful

Emily W: Wisdom in figuring out about riding lessons, volunteering at Green Meadows; Trusting God about future

Brittany: Working at Cherry Crest; Volunteering at Conestoga View; Keystone test results

Kayla: First year at Cherry Crest, a lot to take in, nervous but excited

Maria: Full weekends, not to stress; However, empty weekdays, finding stuff to do and not getting bored

Jesse: Finishing up school year; Planning 12th grade; Finding a job; Contentment for Grandparents at nursing home; decision about cross country versus DRAMA

Selena: Gap year program and fundraising; Summer schedule with family get togethers

Alyssa: Busy summer, that is would be a good time, not too fast

Emily S: Busy summer, joy, not be too tired; exchange student moving in in August; struggling with some spiritual/emotional things, for clarity

Naomi: That her trip to Wisconsin would go well; decisions about college; Decision about joining DRAMA next session

Olivia: Work go well, joy, bless others; deciding about joining DRAMA next session

Erika: Mom doing evaluations; family scheduling this summer; going to camps

Deanna: Not that busy, use time wisely

Sarah: Not busy, safety

Alisha: This weekend is their first camping trip with Bethany, that they would all sleep well; Starting business with making signs

Scott: Working, wisdom and safety

Beta Prayer Time 5/15/18

Fall 2016 Session Letter

Alisha: Bethany is grumpy, think she’s teething; Praise! despite that Bethany has been sleeping well; prayer for travels to Virginia this weekend

Kayla: Praise! Lit test went well; prayer for the rest of her tests; Praise! Grandma is home, but prayer for her safety and smooth transition into being at home

Alyssa: details with the choir’s trip to Indonesia; parent’s are away, prayer as she’s responsible for brother

Maria: that she would keep busy this summer and not get bored; for a nursing home resident’s daughter who has cancer

Jesse: diligence in school; unity for youth group and that they would respect the leaders; Praise! family is all back home, unity

Scott: energy with his busy and long work days

Emily W: work is stressful that details would get smoothed out and that she would have energy; wisdom in summer decisions

Sarah: minor head injury, tired, strength

Selena: that she would give her knee the rest it needs to heal; decisions for fall

Emily S: brother is starting an internship

Olivia: sister is back from college, that they would have good communication and less stress from the house being so full
