Announcements for May 9

– Our team social is this Friday at Selena’s house, at 7pm. We forgot to mention to bring lawn chairs. 🙂

– Next week is going to be Bring Your Favorite Blanket to Practice day! So grab your favorite, fun, or fluffy blanket, and bring it with you!

– End of session party! Thanks for signing up for food! I’ll send it out in a separate email so it’s easier to find and to make sure it doesn’t get missed. 🙂 Start time is 6pm, so it’s a half hour earlier than practice! It will be at Bill and Linda Hursh’s house (1860 Agape Ct, East Earl PA 17519).

May 2 Announcements

-Willow Valley Retirement Outreach! Monday, May 8th at 5:40pm. Meet in The Glen community. Wear your black shirts, and black everything else. Our song list is: Job, Freedom, When Love Sees You, and Bells.

– Team social! We’ll have a team social on Friday, May 12th in the evening. Meet at Selena’s house (3 Sylvia Dr, Lititz) at 7pm.

– Summer camp sign up! Deadline to submit the form is May 9.

April 25 Announcements

Willow Valley Retirement Outreach! Monday, May 8th at 5:40pm. Meet at the retirement home. (Exact meeting location will be decided, it’s a big place). Wear your black shirts, and black everything else. Our song list is: Job, Freedom, When Love Sees You, and Bells.

– Team social! We’ll have a team social on Friday, May 12th in the evening. Time and location TBA.

– Summer camp sign up! This summer DRAMA will be going to five different summer camps.The form has all the dates for the camps. Remember, at the top select how many total camps you are able to go to, and then rate the camps with your preference 1-5. If you are unable to attend a camp, select the ‘Can’t attend’ button instead. Deadline to submit it is May 9.

Carlos and Migdalia’s response team outreach! Saturday, May 13th for the whole day. You’ll be doing work projects and cleaning around their property for the day. Announcements for April 18

Here are the announcements from this past week!

– Christ the King Outreach: Tomorrow, Sunday, April 23rd. Arrive at the church at 8:30am. You’ll be free to leave when the service ends at 11:30am. Wear your red shirts, and black pants, socks, and shoes. Our songlist is: Job, When Love Sees You, Bells of Peace.

– All Team Social: The official date is April 22nd (Tonight!)at 7pm. It will be across the road from Weavers store in Fivepointville (1011 Dry Tavern Rd, Denver, 17517). Delta needs to bring drinks. Bring lawnchairs, as it’ll be in the woods with a campfire. Also, you may bring any outdoor games or musical instruments.

Delta Team Social: Let Selena know if Friday May 12th or Saturday May 13th works for a social with just our team!

– May 8th Outreach: In the evening at Willow Valley Retirement Home (600 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA 17602). More details to come.

Delta Announcements for April 11

Here are the announcements from yesterday:

 – DRAMA Banquet: This Thursday, April 13, at 6:30pm. Doors open at 6. You need to be there no later than 5:45.  It is at the Ephrata Business Center (400 West Main St., Ephrata, PA 17522). Come wearing grey shirts, black pants, socks and shoes. You may bring a set of nice clothes to change into after we mime. Girls, have a way to put your hair out of your face for the mime.

May 8th Outreach has been confirmed. It will be in the late afternoon/evening time slot. More details to come.

Response Team Outreach: I forgot to add this one to announcements yesterday. This Friday, April 14th is a response team outreach! Meet at 4:00pm to practice. Present from 7:00-9:00, and finished by 9:30ish. Bring packed supper. Wear gray shirts, black pants. The address is 450 W. King St, York PA. In case you don’t know what a response team outreach is, it is an outreach not assigned to a team, but rather anyone from all teams who wants to may go and be a part of it!

– Dress like a movie or book character day! Next week (April 18) come dressed like a character from a movie or book! Have fun, go crazy, and I can’t wait to see who you all come as!

We’ll be wearing paint, so girls do your hair. Wear black shirts, black pants, socks, and shoes as well. Song list: Awesome God, Two Sets, When Love Sees You, Bells of Peace.

– DRAMA Fundraiser Banquet! Thursday, April 13th, at 6:30pm. Doors open at 6pm. It is at the Ephrata Business Center (400 W. Main St, Ephrata, PA 17522). Keep inviting people! You should have submitted your testimony to Mrs. Gerlach already if you wanted to do one. You also need to RSVP for yourself and your family. You can do this on the DRAMA website (dramateam.org) by clicking on ‘Banquet RSVP’ and filing out the form.

– We will not be doing the May 5-6 outreach.

March 21st Announcements

Announcements for this week:

– CHEX Homeschool Group outreach! It is Monday, April 3rd, at Westminster Presbyterian Church (2151 Oregon Pike, Lancaster). Meet at the church at 11:00am, and we’ll be done by 1:45. (I changed the times since Tuesday, these are the correct times). We will be wearing paint, so girls you need to do your hair in the twist, or bring supplies and we can help you. Our songlist is: Awesome God, Two Sets, When Love Sees You, and Bells of Peace.

– DRAMA Fundraiser Banquet! It is Thursday, April 13th, and starts at 6:30pm. Doors open at 6. This year it will be held at the Ephrata Business Center (400 West Main St., Ephrata, PA 17522). Make note of the new location!! Remember to be inviting people and if you are planning to write a testimony, please submit it to Mrs. Gerlach ASAP.

-Check your calendars for May 5-6 for a potential outreach. We would be meeting about 3:30pm Friday afternoon, and returning home late Friday night or mid-late morning on Saturday. Let me know by Tuesday if you are able or not to do this outreach, and please include whether you’d be able to stay the night or not.

End of Session Prayer Requests

Hey guys!

It was so weird not seeing you all this week! But I hope you are all enjoying time with your family’s for Christmas. 🙂 Here are the official last prayer requests of the session.

Colombia Team: Unity, fundraising

Rachael: To be diligent in looking into financial aid for MU. – Sarah left for Greece. -Praise! Ben is coming home Christmas Eve!

Tim: Wisdom in coordinating his busy schedule over Christmas. – To be diligent in having his devotions despite the business. – Praise! The douglass sold their house! – They are still looking for a new one.

Connor: Going to KC for IHOP Dec. 26-Jan 2. -Wisdom, unity, and peace for CTK with all that is happening. – Waiting to hear from PHU. – Worked a lot this past week.

Kayla: Grandma isn’t doing well but is coming home from rehab, for clarity as to what to do in the situation. – For peace with all the options for college. – Has been sneezing a lot and doesn’t want to get sick.

Brittany: Neighborhood kid was hit by a car, but seems to be doing okay.

Trent: -Still figuring out things for college in the spring, wants to be diligent with the extra time he’ll have. – His and Rachael’s time of dating without DRAMA.

Jesse: – Praise! Insurance will cover eye surgery and it will be easy. – Needs to continue learning how to drive.

Abby: To continue encouraging people around her. – January through March will be very busy, to not get stressed out.

Hannah: – Looking at her future with college. – Wrapping up high school. – Diligence. – Finances.

Selena: – Exchange student coming for Christmas, for her heart to be open to hearing the Gospel. – Mom and Dad going to Grenada in January. Her and her siblings will be at various places during that time.

Jaybin: To continue investing in friendships even though the session is over. – Devotions.

Caleb: – The younger kids on basketball team look up to him and Adrian. For them to set a good example.
