Emily S: eye doctor said she might have glucoma, going to another eye doctor on Friday, pray that it goes well

Alyssa: dad is having hip replaced next Tuesday; that she would be able to get her schoolwork done before her quizzing tournament in Ohio

Sarah: that she wouldn’t get any more injuries!

Naomi: a friend had organs replaced, and she just found out he passed away a month ago; sad about stopping gymnastics

Jesse: First sprouts practice (already happened Wednesday, hope it went well!)

Brittany: going with her mom and Kayla to the confidence conference this weekend; that she would recover from her cold; that she would be able to keep up her grades

Maria: busy week with schoolwork

Michael and Alisha: pray for them as their schedule is getting busier for the first time since Bethany was born, for good communication and learning to manage

Selena: for the basketball tournament she’s going to next week, safe travels there and a good time with her team, and no injuries; that she would get her paper done in time and not stress about it

Olivia: that she would finish her schoolwork before Ohio and not put it off

Scott: wisdom as he is starting to flip cars

Hi Beta! Hope you all are having a good week! 🙂 Before I forget, here are this week’s announcements:

-Both of the Bible study workshops we had scheduled and told you about in the session letter were cancelled. Another one is hopefully being planned and we will let you know when that will be. We can’t require you to come to it anymore since the date changed, but we strongly encourage you to come if at all possible! It is super helpful information since you all will be leading your own Bible studies this session.

-Don’t forget to fill out a release of liability form and have it notorized! You can find the form on the Drama website under the page ‘documents.’ (You’ll need your parents help with this). When you’ve completed it give it to Emily.

-Monday, May 22^nd, is the end of session party! It will start at 6pm and will be at the Hursh’s house (1860 Agape Court, East Earl, PA 17519). Please bring the food item that you signed up for!

-Thursday, May 25^th, is our Beta social starting at 6pm. It will probably be at Scotty’s house.

-This Saturday, May 13^th is the response team workday at Carlos and Migdalia’s! If you are planning on going, we will be meeting at Giant at 6:00am and will be getting back around 9:00pm. Lunch and supper will be provided. Wear work clothes.

-Scotty is planning a Beta social! Please let him know as soon as possible if May 19 or 25 in the evening would work for you.

-Next Tuesday, May 15^th, we are having a pizza party before practice! We are meeting at the church at 6pm and eating supper (aka pizza) together before practice starts. J

-This Thursday, April 13th is the DRAMA banquet! Doors open 6:00pm and the meal starts at 6:30pm. Members should arrive 5:30pm. Wear your red shirts and black pants, socks, and shoes. You can bring nicer clothes to change into after you present if you want. We will be presenting Hallelujah. 🙂

-This Friday, April 14th is a response team outreach! Meet at 4:00pm to practice. Present from 7:00-9:00, and finished by 9:30ish. Bring packed supper. Wear gray shirts, black pants. The address is 450 W. King St, York PA.

-Saturday, April 22nd is an all team social at 7pm! It will be somewhere in PA… exact location to be announced soon. 🙂
